If we can assist former students in their personal or organizational development, the NWC faculty will do so.”

The professional development course highlighted Camp Edwards’ continued commitment to strengthening joint-service cooperation and enhancing the strategic planning capabilities of its personnel. Participants engaged in a series of interactive discussions designed to refine critical thinking skills and improve operational readiness across the force.

“This was a great opportunity to practice joint combined education within our local community,” said Wonsetler. “Any chance we have to work across services, compositions, and units will increase shared understanding of capabilities and capacity across the force and fleet. It was fun to share what we teach at the U.S. Naval War College while learning how the team at Joint Base Cape Cod contributes to the U.S. joint force.”

Established in 1884, NWC informs today’s decision-makers and educates tomorrow’s leaders by providing educational experiences and learning opportunities that develop their ability to anticipate and prepare strategically for the future, strengthen the foundations of peace, and create a decisive warfighting advantage.
