Julia Gage is the founding Director of the Office of Alumni Programs. Serving as a member of the faculty, Professor Gage develops and facilitates a lifelong learning continuum for graduates of all the College’s degree and certificate programs. Her primary focus is the professional development of mid to senior level leaders. Additionally, Professor Gage teaches leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution. Current course offerings include: Leading Through Everday Conflict, Understanding Conflict, and The Heart of Leadership. MBTI, FIRO-B, LETT and HOGAN programs. Professor Gage earned a BA in History from Buffalo State College and a JD from the Roger Williams University School of Law
