Originally from Hightstown, New Jersey, CDR Quattrone attended the United States Naval Academy, where she was commissioned in 1996. Prior to reporting to Naval War College she served on various ships, primarily based in Sasebo and Yokosuka, Japan, most recently on USS Shiloh (CG 67) as the Executive Officer. Ashore she has served as Instructor, Department Head Curriculum, Surface Warfare Officers School Command and Instructor Seamanship and Navigation at the United States Naval Academy. In 2013 she reported to the United States Naval War College as a Military Professor in the Wargaming Department.
