Biography

Dr. Taylor is a native of South Carolina. She received her Bachelors from Lander University in SC, Masters from East Tennessee State University in TN, and Ph.D from University of Southern Mississippi in US history with a specialization in US Diplomatic and Military history. Dr. Taylor's research also focuses on American and European cultural history, and she has participated in professional conferences on her research.
